OUR TEAM

The initial management team consists of Tony Stephenson, our President and Executive Director, and Larry Peet, our Project Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Tony Stephenson, President and Director

  • Overseeing daily operations, project planning, and special events, working closely with each program coordinator
  • Personnel management (recruitment, hiring, training, evaluation and termination of staff)
  • Together with the Operations Manager, develop and manage the annual budget for approval, including necessary revisions
  • Program development
  • Supervision of staff and execution of project
  • Develop a network of support within the real estate and construction community
  • Create and implement marketing plans; develop marketing materials; advertising placement; developing direct mail plan
  • Develop and implement out reach program
  • Work on all certifications for the company
  • Work on Website maintenance
  • Assist in personnel management
  • Development of administrative standards and procedures related to personnel and staff development
  • Supervision Supervision Supervision staff
  • Coordinate with Executive Director overseeing activities including grants applications, management of grants, special projects, and fiscal management
  • Together with the Executive Director, develop and manage the annual budget for approval including necessary revisions

Larry Peet, Project Manager

  • Advise the Director and Operation director to carry out tasks assigned
  • Oversee day to day operation of projects and future projects
  • Membership management including establishing and maintaining member and prospective
  • Review bids and potential prospect and advise to the management on future opportunities
  • Publication and distribution of the quarterly newsletter
  • Oversee daily operations, project planning, and special events
  • Overseeing the preparation of the annual report of the activities as well as fiscal reports
  • Manage network finances and reporting, including project and project management
  • Coordinate work on annual audits, define priorities for all supervised staff
  • Inventory management of the office and project supplies and materials
